Successful and experienced businesswomen in the MAYGLOBAL management team meet with young people in the Mentoring for Million Women program, which aims to bring together young women (15-25 years old) working in the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and industry leaders through a digital platform. The program was attended by Ümran Beba (Founder, Beba Foundation and Partner, August Leadership) and Canan Özsoy (GE Turkey CEO), co-chairs of the Women in Business working group of the USA – Turkey Business Council affiliated with the US Chamber of Commerce. ‘su) and with the cooperation of the project stakeholders TurkishWIN and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). The objectives of the program are as follows:

• Activating institutions and individuals that make a difference Mentoring for high school and university female students studying in the STEM field and young women who are new to business life to gather its programs under one digital umbrella.
